APRIL 13, 2021 -- After falling behind 4-0 and later 8-3, Dover tied the game 8-8 with 1:35 left. However, Marshwood was able to score with :07 seconds left to defeated Dover 9-8 in the 2021 season opener.

How it Happened:
Dover started slow falling behind 4-0 to the Hawks but a dominate 2nd Quarter brought the Green Wave within one as they trailed 4-3 at halftime. Marshwood was hot out of the gates again, using a 3-1 3rd Quarter to take a 7-4 lead into the 4th Quarter. An early tally for Marshwood gave them an 8-3 lead but Dover would go on a 5-0 run to tie the game with 1:35 left on a goal by Tyler Schneider [Sr.]. Dover would win the ensuing faceoff but a turnover would give the ball to Marshwood with :14 seconds left. Marshwood will call a timeout and would score the game winner with :07 left.
